RETURNS / EXCHANGES

RETURNS POLICY

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size/colour.

Items returned must be unworn and in original packaging.  Please do not tape or write on the returning box as this will incur a £2.00 repackaging fee.  All goods will be inspected by our warehouse upon receipt.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure your item is packaged in a manner that will prevent any damage in transit.


RETURNS

As an online business, we aim to provide a Returns service that is simple, straightforward and hassle free.
Just enclose your purchase invoice in the returning box and state whether you are returning for an exchange or refund.

Please note that the delivery charges to post your unwanted items back to us are your responsibility, as is the parcel until we have received it. We would advise you to send the parcel by recorded delivery or please ask for a receipt for proof of postage from the post office.

In the case of an item being faulty / damaged – send the receipt with the item being returned so that we may also refund the postage costs you have incurred.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process the return which may take up to 7 working days.

Any refund will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase, or the PayPal account from which the purchase was made.


EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a purchase for a different size or colour, please follow the above process noting on the purchase invoice the style reference, colour and size required in exchange. On receipt of your item to the warehouse we will then issue the exchange for you.
Please note, exchanges can take up to 7 working days to be processed.
In the event that a suitable replacement is not available to be sent out to you, we will issue a full refund.
